Quality

In today's business world, quality management principles, covering areas such as Customer focus, Leadership, Continual improvement, and Mutually beneficial supplier relationships, to name a few, are employed to determine the quality of an organization. SABIC adheres to these principles and uses them as the basis of its integrated management system.

This management system helps our organization achieve the objectives mentioned in the QESH policy statement and supports us in achieving – and increasing – customer satisfaction.

As a minimum, our management system meets the requirements of the international standard for quality management systems (ISO 9001) as well as the international standard for the automotive business (ISO/TS 16949).

Compliance with the requirements of these standards is verified regularly by an independent certification body and demonstrated by our earning of the ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 certificates for several consecutive years, up until the present day.

Continual improvement of quality performances is enhanced by the demonstrable commitment and professionalism of SABIC employees and by our policy of only working with suppliers and contractors who meet our rigorous selection criteria.
